If at any point you are dissatisfied with any of our products, remember you are protected by our 100% money-back guarantee. Just send us the empty bottle and we’ll refund you every cent of the your original purchase price.

If after 30 days of use, you are unhappy and would like a refund, here’s exactly what to do:

1. Send an email to support @ microstartgardening.com.au (be sure to remove the spaces from the email address) with the subject line “refund request” and include additional details regarding the reason for your refund request. Alternatively you can fill out our customer support contact form by clicking here.

2. Return the empty bottle including your name and original order number, as well as the confirmation number you have been assigned.

Note: it is your obligation to pay for the return postage, and we recommend you include tracking for verification and efficiency purposes.

Note:  We must receive the refund request within 30 days from the original purchase date for the refund to be valid. We must also receive the empty bottle within 14 business days of the refund request being granted and you receiving your return details.

Once we receive your empty bottle(s), we will refund your entire order to the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs, as long as all bottles purchased are returned.
